This compact set provides you with tools that do much the same work as those in the decorating syringe kit, but here the syringe is replaced by a 9 inch long pastry bag. The cloth bag, fitted with its interior plastic lining, is fitted with a plastic coupling that holds the pastry tips. The kit comes with 6 rust-proof tips in shapes that will produce flowers and leaves, ruffles, rosettes, and fluted ridges, as well as writing. Because the pastry bag is small and the tips delicate, this set is best used for cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and petits fours.
