Step 1 - Slip a plastic sleeve over a medium sized hard boiled egg. Step 2 - Place the egg with the sleeve onto a spoon and dip quickly in and out of a pan of boiling water keeping egg on spoon. Step 3 - In an instant, the beautifully colored sleeves shrink to the precise shape of the egg. If wrinkled, simply reinsert into boiling water.
