We did order this item, it was not what we had expected, the straps appear to wrap around the trunk but they do not it is simply decoration and the hinges were not aligned, the trunk is not for heavy items or even books as it is not a strong trunk but simply for decoration. However, after expressing our dissatisfaction with the item, the sellers were very prompt at taking care of us in refunding without issue. They are a good and honest company that I will indeed do business with again in the future. Mahalo.
