This item is lovely, colors are vibrant and the size is perfect. 2 things that this company could work on is 1. packaging. I like gifts nicely packaged...I had to redo the packaging and put it in another box because the box made it look cheap 2. The crystal looks like glass. I don't know what they can do about this except to indicate that it's a thicker crystal? Even so, I really like this candlestick holder and it was perfect as a teacher gift.
