(More customer reviews)Satin Ice is more plyable and better tasting (for fondant0 than the Wilton boxed fondant at Michael's and WalMart. If you need colors, they are vibrant and strong--their blank and read are the best.
While I have used Satin Ice many times, I will say that whatever fondant is used and marketed as the "Duff" brand (from Ace of Cakes) is a MUCH better product than even Satin Ice. You can re-rool and stretch it to fit like nothing I have ever seen. It really is the easiest fondant I have ever worked with--worth waiting for the 40% off coupons from the large chain craft store and buying the Duff brand.
You can find Satin Ice elsewhere on the Internet cheaper than here, but at least you know Amazon is pretty dependable.
