(More customer reviews)The napkin holder is fine but the paper towel dispenser was awkward, of poor quality and broke in less than three weeks. It was a design flaw and this would have been fine if the base and the holder itself were one piece. Instead the paper towel holder arrived in THREE pieces and one had to screw the top off in order to remove the paper towels and the friction caused the bottom (which had to be screwed into the base) to become permanently loose. I think the constant motion (we go through a lot of towels) ground the bottom and just caused the part to expand so much that the holder just fell out. I threw it away...and will purchase a good one next time....
