(More customer reviews)Not until I had it hung did I realize that the bell was screwed into the bracket crooked. It was very obvious to the naked eye and no amount of adjusting the screw (where bell meets bracket) or attempting to put washers behind the mounted piece on the wall to try to combat the crookedness helped. Sadly it was returned. (It's such a pretty bell otherwise.) Perhaps I just got a defective one.
