(More customer reviews)I've had this cooling rack for a couple of months now and have used it quite a few times. I'm very happy with this rack though I wish I had bought a second one. This rack holds about a dozen cookies (I used a 2tbsp cookie scoop to measure the dough) at a time or two 7-inch round cakes. Since the rack has a non-stick coating, its easy to clean in the sink and I haven't noticed any flaking in the coating or any rust development thus far. The product is light weight and seems very sturdy/well constructed.
