(More customer reviews)Our son celebrated his birthday today without the cup cake papers we ordered 3 weeks ago. When we placed the order it immediately said it would not ship for a full week, and now TWO more weeks have passed, and still nothing. They ship them USPS with a tracking number, but sadly there are NO updates except for delivery confirmation with the tracking. Since no delivery has happened we have NO idea where they are. I guess to get these in time plan a full month prior, that is IF they ever come! It was disappointing to say the least.
