(More customer reviews)This is nice for chocolate and pressed sugar though I like the results from chocolate better. Each mold cavity holds about 1/8 of a teaspoon of product except the tulips which only hold about 1/16 of a teaspoon. I use a pastry bag fitted with a number 2 tip to make filling them easier. The candies release easily. Perfect for small decorations.
