(More customer reviews)This is a nice set of pans. I wanted 3-inch deep cake pans in a few different sizes and it just made sense to get the set (actually I bought two sets) just so I have all the sizes and because they can be a bit hard to find.
They work great and are very good quality. I wanted to use Magi-Strips on them to bake the cake more evenly but I've never seen them in a 3-inch width, so I made my own by folding damp paper towels inside long strips of aluminum foil and fastening them with paper clips and they worked great!
