(More customer reviews)I was skeptical when I saw these in the Baker's Catalogue but was looking for someway to have brownies and cakes cook evenly - without the dried out, hard edges. These are like magic! Cakes layers are evenly proportioned (no raised centers) and brownies are rich soft no matter where it was in the pan. Easy to use - reusable. I have had mine for 4 years now and won't bake without them.
