(More customer reviews)I had expected when I bought this that the tip covers would snap onto the couplers. But, that's not the case. While you can, indeed, cover your tip, the cover falls off when you pick up the bag. So, if you're just placing the bag in a corner and need something to place over the tip this should work. But, if you want it to stay in place so you can take the bag with you (to a class, for example) this is not what you need.

Now if anything should accidentally happen on the way to the party to squash a frosting petal or smear a rosette you can fix it on the spot. These tips slip right over the decorating end of a filled bag, simply take along some extra of any color you might need to touch up.
