(More customer reviews)When I got married 35 years ago, I received 9 inch layer cake pans as a wedding gift. Over the years, I suffered countless failures as the layers stuck to the pan, tore chunks of cake away from the pans, etc.
When my daughter married, I invested in 10" Wilton pans, and shortly thereafter replaced every cake pan in my kitchen with Wiltons. Yes, you do need to let your fresh from the oven layers sit for ten minutes before turning them out, but as long as you do that, your cakes will be flawless every time. Wilton pans have become my favorite wedding gifts to give.
