(More customer reviews)If you are used to the run-of-the-mill flimsy decorating syringes which squirt the filling in unexpected directions, fall apart after 5 minutes of use, etc etc, this will come as a shock: this one DOES WORK.
build solidly out of high quality stainless steel, good enough for a commercial use.
No cutting corners from Kaiser - everything is top-notch and functional.
The only drawback: I wish the tube had some welded piece to support my fingers - it is unfortunately two-hand operation as there is nothing to grab on the tube.
I used it to fill bismarcks, and it was a little bit tricky because I had to use one hand to hold the pastry...
This won't be a problem when decorating cakes of course.
But overall, I am still amazed at the quality of this product and would plunk another $50 in a heartbeat.
